It’s so easy to focus on the progress you need to make rather than on the things you’re already knocking out of the park. Build a minute or two into each day to purposefully acknowledge something (or some things!) that happened of which you’re proud. Write them down, share with an accountability buddy, or with the OneTeacher team! Not only will this have a positive impact on your mood, but this positive reinforcement can have an impact on your future actions as well!
